Come in for any class on Thursdays or noon on Saturdays and see what LiftBridge CrossFit is all about. Arrive a few minutes early to meet your coach and explore the facility. Workouts will be designed for ALL ability levels. Don't be shy! We guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face!
sIGN UP FOR OUr On-Boarding Program
On-boarding is a requirement for all new athletes and is included as part of your first month's membership.
The on-boarding class meets for six one-hour sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Following your completion of the on-boarding program you will have two weeks of unlimited coach guided CrossFit classes.
On-boarding provides instruction on the proper technique for the major movements and olympic lifts that are regularly done during our workouts. Additionally, it will help both you and LBCF understand your needs and abilities so the workouts can be properly scaled for you.
You will be taught:
- Functional Movements: nine in total, including squats, presses and pulls
- Powerlifting Lifts (deadlift, squat, press)
- Olympic Lifts (snatch and clean & jerk)
- Skill Builders (burpees, jump rope, wall balls, running, rowing, push-ups, pull-ups, etc)
