*Scale for muscle-ups is 1 chest to bar pull-up + 2 ring dip (C2B can be scaled to pull-ups or ring-rows and dips can be scaled to bar dip or box dip). If you can do muscle-ups, do them! Scale the reps down, but use this as practice.
