Aerobic Training / Flush WOD
3x800M easy run, rest 45 seconds after each run
-Then- 100M sprint (max effort)
3x600M easy run, rest 30 seconds after each run
-Then- 100M sprint (max effort)

*after the 100M max effort sprint, walk back to the starting line and start the 600M runs. Easy runs should be EASY, don’t attempt to make this a race! We are building our aerobic systems.
