Summer League Teams
Summer League is a 4 week, 5 event intrabox competition. Workouts will be released on Mondays in July (7/3, 7/10, 7/17, and 7/24) and completed on Thursdays (7/6, 7/13, 7/20, and 7/27). All teams will perform the workouts in front of a judge during heats starting around 6:00pm (timing still being finalized). Between now and the announcement of the first event please meet with your teams and select a team name and captain. Please have your team captains email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your team name and any questions. We are pretty excited about this and hope you all enjoy this!!
