*Recommended warm-up for each lift is 5@25%, 5@40%, 5@50%, 2@65% and singles at 75%, 85%, 90% and 95%. This will be used as your baseline for our next strength cycle.

Summer League Teams

Summer League is a 4 week, 5 event intrabox competition. Workouts will be released on Mondays in July (7/3, 7/10, 7/17, and 7/24) and completed on Thursdays (7/6, 7/13, 7/20, and 7/27). All teams will perform the workouts in front of a judge during heats starting around 6:00pm (timing still being finalized). Between now and the announcement of the first event please meet with your teams and select a team name and captain. Please have your team captains email me at with your team name and any questions. We are pretty excited about this and hope you all enjoy this!!
