2m L, R - Banded oh distraction
Front rack
2m L, R - Forearm smash with lax
2m L, R - Wrist stretch. Palms down on ground 2 minutes fingers forward, 2 min fingers back
Hang
2m L, R - Chest / Shoulder smash with softball
2m  L, R - Pec / lat stretch.  Stretch with elbow vertical and triceps against wall
Squat
2m L, R - Quad smash with softball
2m L, R - Couch stretch
